LEGAL NOTICE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

1. NO GUARANTEE OF PAYOUT

You acknowledge that WireReal is a community experiment. There is no contractual guarantee of payment. All distributions are "Community Gifts" made at the absolute discretion of the Administrator based on third-party donations.

2. MAXIMUM LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WireReal and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to financial losses or PayPal transaction errors.

3. NO FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP

The Administrator is not your bank, broker, or financial advisor. No fiduciary duty is created by your registration. We do not hold "funds on account" for users.

4. ANTI-FRAUD & BANS

Users are limited to one (1) registered PayPal email. Using bots, scripts, or multiple emails to "game" the split is strictly prohibited. The Administrator reserves the right to ban any user for any reason without notice or appeal.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WireReal and its owners from any claims, lawsuits, or legal fees arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

6. STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

You agree that any claim arising out of your use of this site must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is forever barred.

7. TAXES

You are 100% responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on funds received. We do not provide tax advice or 1099 forms.
