Cookie & Tracking Technology Policy
Effective Date: July 2, 2026
1. BROWSER FINGERPRINTING & SECURITY
You acknowledge that we may use browser fingerprinting and other non-cookie-based tracking technologies to identify your device for the sole purpose of preventing community split fraud. You consent to this identification as a condition of your registration.
2. PUBLIC & SHARED DEVICE DISCLAIMER
WARNING: If you access WireReal from a public or shared device (e.g., library, internet cafe, shared household computer), it is your sole responsibility to clear all cookies and cache upon logout. The Administrator is NOT LIABLE for any unauthorized access to your account or PayPal data resulting from your failure to clear session data on a shared device.
3. AD-BLOCKERS & SECURITY SOFTWARE
If you use ad-blockers, script-blockers, or high-security browser settings, the WireReal donation modal or registration form may malfunction. You agree that the Administrator is not responsible for any "missed" payouts, technical errors, or data loss caused by your use of third-party security software that interferes with our tracking scripts.
4. NO LIABILITY FOR CROSS-SITE TRACKING
While we do not sell your data, other sites you visit may use cookies to track your visit to WireReal. You expressly release the Administrator from any liability regarding how Facebook, Google, or other external entities track your behavior after you leave our website.
5. JURISDICTIONAL "SAFE HARBOR"
This policy is designed to comply with general international standards. However, you agree that the laws of the Administrator's home jurisdiction shall always take precedence. If any part of this policy is found to be in conflict with local laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), you agree that the Limitation of Liability and Arbitration clauses in our Terms of Service remain fully binding.
6. TOS SUPREMACY
In the event of any conflict between this Cookie Policy and the WireReal Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail. Any legal action regarding cookies must follow the Arbitration and Class Action Waiver requirements set forth in the Terms of Service.
7. IRREVOCABLE CONSENT
By clicking "Register," "Donate," or simply continuing to browse this site, you provide irrevocable consent to all tracking described herein. You acknowledge that this tracking is a material part of the "bargain" that allows this community project to function.
8. FINALITY OF SETTLEMENT
You agree that your continued use of the site constitutes a full and final release of the Administrator from any and all privacy-related claims, known or unknown, existing now or in the future.
End of Policy. For data deletion requests, refer to the Privacy Policy.
